SONT is delighted to have been awarded a substantial grant from the Veterans’ Foundation
towards the cost of our D Day 80 programme in Normandy in June 2024. The funding will make
a significant contribution towards the travel, accommodation, meals, insurance and medical
costs of our veterans who will be travelling with us for a week-long commemoration. The Trust
is most grateful to the Veterans’ Foundation for this generous grant. Our Chairman, Richard
Palusinski, said: ‘We truly appreciate the support we receive to enable us to take the veterans to
Normandy for this significant anniversary’.
