The Spirit of Normandy Award was close to Hector Duff’s heart and every year we enter the competition.
Year 10 had a special assembly where we remembered some of their achievements in Year 9 History, where their “Tell Me” project work was acknowledged.
We had hoped to invite Hector Duff’s son and daughter-in-law to the ceremony. They couldn’t make it, but passed on their congratulations.
